Glide a sharp blade through golden flesh. The tip of the knife creates a grid in the fruit. Use a spoon to release mango cubes from their fleshy bowl, and drop them into a reusable, sealable bag. Pierce the skin of three tangerines and peel back their rinds. Once deseeded, slice them in halves and toss them into the same bag.
A few hours later the frozen fruits are dumped into a blender. Add a dollop of plain yogurt, a
splash of milk, a dash of vanilla extract, and a squeeze of fresh lime before slapping the lid on.
Chunks of fruit grind against propellers and smash into each other. Little by little
additional milk is added until it reaches optimal creamy consistency. Transfer into a bowl
and top with chopped pistachios, sesame seeds, and granola.
Devour immediately.
