“I am so grateful to be an experience creator full time! I’ve been an entertainer for over 25 years varying in events geared towards adults and kiddos ultimately with the goal of cultivating more joy, community and connection.
My specialty is creating unique circus experiences including children’s whimsy to hidden away dinner and dance parties with mesmerizing talent. I’m grateful that my work gets to be filled with so much play! Watch me in action as I do acrobatics while singing and playing the ukulele.”

So, where is the Bleeding Heart Ball going down this February?
Well, the one-and-only Eli’s Mile High Club in Oakland. It’s a venue that has been a part of the city’s night scene since the 1970s. Former blues institution, now a bustling bar with Cajun-inspired bar bites, live bands & beer. It’s a combination of a restaurant, dive bar, music venue, and art gallery. Eli’s is the one-stop-spot for all your dining, drinking and entertainment needs.
Artists and musicians from all over the country, and beyond, come here to perform in an intimate environment, in front of eager crowds. The menu offers well-known and much loved delights, but the tacos are especially popular.

Wow, where do we begin to talk about Nikki’s experience, The Shenanigans . . .
Nikki is unstoppable! Her events are simply out of this world 🤯 and her all-inclusive circus dinner theater experience, The Shenanigans, meets the mark.
When we attended her experience for the first time, we were absolutely mind-blown by the sheer creativity of the performance, the venue, and all of the talented artists. From Nikki’s famous “acro-lele” to aerial, sword swallowing, fire-dancing, juggling, balancing acts, hoops, and numerous other performances . . . needless to say, we had a damn good time!
The event is 420-friendly with free drinks, bomb food, and beautiful people. Most of our time was spent around the fire with strangers turned friends as countless people sparked engaging conversation with us throughout the night. The Shenanigans is definitely an event that lives up to its name!
It’s also a fantastic way to support the Arts and local artists in Oakland ❤️

What emotions do your experiences aim to evoke?
“Safety, connection, creative inspiration, nurtured, belly laughs, heart strings pulled, excited, joyful, in awe, as if they’ve been transported into a portal where they can feel all of these above and free to be more expressed.”
How do your experiences help people?
“I create jobs for creative folks. Support networking within community for all kinds of connections. Create space for people to feel joy and more play. [Provide] inspired things to do [that are] beyond their perceived limitations.”
What’s the vision for Nikki Borodi Entertainment?
The goal is “to create shows all over the country, [and] ideally, even in other countries, where I can work with [diverse] talent and foster new collaborations… Locally, I would like to… do pop up shows in interesting locations [and cultivate community and joy—an essential need].”
